It is a valve that can control the flow rate consistently even when pressure fluctuations occur.

The flow control valve is a self-powered flow control valve that does not have a power source. The differential pressure before and after the variable orifice, caused by the flow of fluid (the pressure difference between the primary and secondary sides), acts on a piston or diaphragm and is designed to balance with a set spring. The piston or diaphragm is connected to an internally integrated valve, and it automatically adjusts the valve opening so that the differential pressure before and after the variable orifice is always equal to the set pressure, thereby keeping the flow rate constant. The required flow rate is adjusted by the opening of the variable orifice.
